Designing a scalable B2B fintech ecosystem for WealthRight
Our work with WealthRight spanned over three years. During this time, we designed an end-to-end suite of interconnected B2B products, each built for a specific role, but designed to work as one system. We began with the Agent App. A focused productivity tool that helps agents manage leads, customers, and policies without friction. The goal was simple: reduce cognitive load and give agents a clear structure to sell insurance and investment products confidently. Next came the Agent Manager App. This gave managers real-time visibility into performance, activity, and outcomes. Instead of reactive reviews, managers could now coach proactively using live data. To support on-ground acquisition, we designed QuickTap. A lightweight tool that lets agents capture leads in seconds, at events, societies, and field activities, without breaking their flow. As the ecosystem grew, we added a Campaign Management System for targeted outreach and a Lead Management System that tracks every prospect from first interaction to conversion. No gaps. No lost context. Finally, we designed a CXO Dashboard. A clean, data-led view of the organisation that surfaces insights leadership actually needs, without noise. Together, these products form a cohesive fintech ecosystem. One that improves performance at every level and positions WealthRight to evolve from an internal platform into a licensable SaaS offering.
